LETTER TO DWP

Leaving a person without care and food, causing severe distress, creating debt, due to a civil service that does not perform with awareness and efficiency is not legal at all.

It is now over 14 Weeks since I’ve had my Pension Credit Stopped.

I enquired what the problem was and was referred to Fraud Squad, a Sharon Jones.

I was told to see her in 2 Weeks

I was pulled in by the Fraud Squad, because I had been on Holiday and apparently stayed too long.

No one told me how long I was allowed to go on Holiday.

I showed my Passport and copies of all Pages were copied.

In fact it took, Two weeks for them to tell me what time I could stay.

But didn’t know, how many times I could go, still waiting for

That.  This is after 4 Weeks

I’ve also been seen to make sure I’m a British Citizen…????????

I have shown my Passport Again

Had to fill in form, which asked where I was Born, which Is Bristol UK, then had to fill in rest of form, as The UK is not on the list of Available Countries..????    This is after 6 weeks.

I’ve now have seen a Pension Credit Woman that came round to my place and filled out more forms.  This after 8 Weeks..

She then said that they had lost my Passport Docs,

And I need to give them again. I sent them on same Day..!!

I was sent a form 2 Weeks ago which I filled in.

In last couple of Days I have another form similar to 1^st, but now asking for Passport, Again..!!  3^rd time..

I can’t find my Passport now, my heads spinning with all this mess, I can’t prove Dates in and out, you have Looked at my passport, copied it twice and you can’t sort it out.

Just put what you like, but give me back my dignity..

It would be nice to have a few Pennies in my Pocket,

I’m sure that you would be screaming if you wages were stopped.

I don’t have any problem with what has happened about me being away too long. I made a mistake; I certainly wouldn’t call it a heinous crime.

This after 14+ Weeks..

Luckily, I do have some Very good friends that have been helping me.

But there is a Limit they can do.

And I have well gone past that time.

What has happened to me is far from legal.

I have no problem with the legal requirements, however when civil servants make mistakes, do not look at the impact on the person and leave a situation to go on and on despite the obvious health impact and deprivation, then something needs to be done.

If a person is equal to everyone else and I was equal to an able bodied person then I would not have been put at this severe disadvantage, but unfortunately people do face disadvantages in life (as I did) due to their ill health and inability to function everyday as able bodied people.

I cannot live like this, so I have made a Will, spreading my small amount of things to my friends.

 And leave the bills for my Burial or Cremation to you, the one’s that killed me….!!!

Hope you will die in same way as me, left to die by an ignorant Government Agency..

Ongoing Saga

14 weeks now, still nothing..!!
Muslim friends have been supporting me.

So ‘Pathetically’ True …

            OH BRITAIN n ABOUT RIGHT!!

 We're "broke" & can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,???

WOW NO PENSION FOR 11 WEEKS

It's now over 11 weeks since I've had my Pension Credit, apparently I'm not allowed abroad for more than 13 weeks at a time.
How you are supposed to live without any Money at all.
